Connova est connu pour son travail de pionnier dans le domaine des mat\u00e9riaux composites. Quels sont les d\u00e9fis que vous voyez actuellement dans l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne ?<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Thomas Leschik : <\/strong>Le plus grand d\u00e9fi est certainement le temps. Le d\u00e9veloppement des technologies de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, telles que les r\u00e9servoirs sous pression ou les pompes, prend beaucoup de temps. Actuellement, nous voyons des temps de d\u00e9veloppement de trois \u00e0 cinq ans, suivis de cinq autres ann\u00e9es pour la mont\u00e9e en puissance de la production. Ces d\u00e9lais sont trop longs pour que l&rsquo;Europe puisse atteindre ses objectifs climatiques suffisamment rapidement.<\/p><p><strong><em><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Comment Connova Group g\u00e8re-t-il cette situation ? Vous avez \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9duire ces d\u00e9lais de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Thomas Leschik : <\/strong>Exactement, notre approche consiste \u00e0 prendre en compte la production en s\u00e9rie d\u00e8s la phase de prototypage. Nous d\u00e9veloppons des prototypes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils puissent \u00eatre reproduits dans des conditions de production r\u00e9elles. Cela signifie que nous utilisons d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part plusieurs outils et lots de mat\u00e9riaux afin de mesurer et de contr\u00f4ler pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la qualit\u00e9 et les tol\u00e9rances. Au final, cela permet de gagner du temps et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts lorsque le client passe \u00e0 la production en s\u00e9rie.<\/p><p><strong><em><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Comment cela affecte-t-il la qualit\u00e9 des produits finaux ?<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Thomas Leschik : <\/strong>En contr\u00f4lant l&rsquo;ensemble du processus et en veillant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, nous pouvons donner des indications plus pr\u00e9cises sur la qualit\u00e9 des composants. Nos clients ne re\u00e7oivent pas seulement le premier prototype, mais aussi des informations fiables sur la tol\u00e9rance r\u00e9alisable et les qualit\u00e9s attendues. Il en r\u00e9sulte un d\u00e9marrage plus rapide d&rsquo;une production en s\u00e9rie stable et sans grandes surprises.<\/p><p><strong><em><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Qu&rsquo;en est-il des normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 actuelles, en particulier pour les r\u00e9servoirs d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sous pression ?<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Thomas Leschik : <\/strong>Les normes europ\u00e9ennes exigent actuellement qu&rsquo;un r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne sous pression supporte une pression d&rsquo;\u00e9clatement de 1652 bars \u00e0 une pression de service de 700 bars. Ces normes datent de plus d&rsquo;un si\u00e8cle et ne tiennent pas compte des progr\u00e8s de la science des mat\u00e9riaux et de la technologie de production. Chez Connova Group, nous utilisons des m\u00e9thodes de simulation et une connaissance des mat\u00e9riaux de pointe, ce qui nous permet de r\u00e9duire les facteurs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sans compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, en exploitant au maximum les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s th\u00e9oriques des mat\u00e9riaux dans la fabrication r\u00e9elle.
