collaboration avec Almatech, a con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 quatre pieds d&rsquo;atterrissage en PRFC pour le d\u00e9monstrateur europ\u00e9en Themis. Les composants combinent une grande rigidit\u00e9, un faible poids et une qualit\u00e9 de fabrication reproductible &#8211; des conditions pr\u00e9alables pour permettre la r\u00e9utilisation en toute fiabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du prototype au centre spatial d&rsquo;Esrange (Su\u00e8de), ArianeGroup a termin\u00e9 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et positionn\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9tage sur le complexe de lancement. Les tests combin\u00e9s commencent alors : le couplage avec les installations m\u00e9caniques, \u00e9lectriques et fluidiques de la base de lancement fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;essais complets, y compris des tests dans des conditions cryog\u00e9niques. Un premier test de saut \u00e0 basse altitude &#8211; d\u00e9collage, vol court, atterrissage pr\u00e9cis &#8211; est ensuite pr\u00e9vu dans le cadre du programme europ\u00e9en SALTO.<\/p><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Notre contribution en bref<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><strong>Quatre pieds d&rsquo;atterrissage en PRFC :<\/strong> Fabrication des principaux composants m\u00e9caniques (grandes barres en CFRP avec ferrures d&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 en aluminium\/acier), con\u00e7us pour des changements de charge r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s et des atterrissages pr\u00e9cis. Chaque unit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, entre autres, par ultrasons.<\/li><li><strong>Comp\u00e9tence de bout en bout :<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppement de processus, fabrication d&rsquo;outils et de moules (y compris les mandrins d&rsquo;enroulement), processus d&rsquo;enroulement de fibres pour les tubes de grand diam\u00e8tre, usinage CNC avec rainurage en correspondance du PRFC et du m\u00e9tal, installation d&rsquo;autoclave\/de fabrication, m\u00e9trologie et contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9.<\/li><li><strong>Partenariat &amp; programme li\u00e9 :<\/strong> Sous-traitance d&rsquo;<strong>Almatech<\/strong> (Engineering) \u00e0 Connova (Manufacturing) ; int\u00e9gration par Almatech, implication dans le projet ESA <strong>Themis<\/strong> avec ArianeGroup.
