Plastics Technologist (EFZ)

Plastics Technician (EBA)

In Villmergen, you’ll learn the basics of fiber-reinforced composite technology. You’ll create various components and assemblies for different industries, such as the aerospace industry. During your training, you’ll learn how to laminate and operate hot presses and curing ovens. You’ll also work with machines to prepare components for bonding or painting using techniques such as drilling, turning, milling, and grinding.

Through internships in quality assurance, facilities management, logistics, and CNC machining, you’ll learn additional important fundamentals of manufacturing plastic parts at a quality-certified company.

Our basic requirements:

You have some manual dexterity and an interest in machines and working with your hands

You are physically healthy and able to wear personal protective equipment.

You'll make something useful and get to know the different workstations.

You'll receive a work experience report.

3. Applications starting August 1
