VILLMERGEN, SWITZERLAND – Connova Group, partner and supplier to Swiss tech company LOXO, is proud to announce the production and delivery of the third composite vehicle body for their autonomous vehicle, called Alpha3. LOXO’s delivery vehicle for the last mile represents a key step in mapless autonomous driving technology.
Integrating LOXO’s innovative software, this vehicle is a breakthrough in safe and sustainable delivery solutions. It is equipped with advanced sensors and robust safety features, ready for operation on both public and private roads. Within the supply chain of LOXO, Connova Group is responsible for the vehicle’s composite body consisting of several large body panels precisely mounted to a load-carrying aluminum frame.
This cooperation highlights once again Connova Group’s engineering and manufacturing excellence in composite structures as demonstrated in numerous other projects of similar kind – regardless of being a self-driving vehicle on the street as in this case, an autonomous flying drone, a manned or unmanned aircraft or even a spacecraft.
