VILLMERGEN, SWITZERLAND – Connova Group, partner and supplier to Swiss technology company LOXO, is proud to announce the production and delivery of the third composite body for the Alpha3 autonomous vehicle. LOXO’s last-mile delivery vehicle represents an important step in autonomous driving technology.
Thanks to the integration of LOXO’s innovative software, this vehicle represents a breakthrough in safe and sustainable delivery solutions. It is equipped with advanced sensors and robust safety functions and can be used on both public and private roads. Within the LOXO supply chain, the Connova Group is responsible for the composite body of the vehicle, which consists of several large body parts that are precisely mounted on a supporting aluminium frame.
This collaboration once again underlines Connova Group’s technical and manufacturing excellence in the field of composite structures, which has been demonstrated in numerous other projects of a similar nature – whether, as in this case, it is a self-driving vehicle on the road, an autonomous drone, a manned or unmanned aircraft or even a spacecraft.
