The Connova Group presents itself at the JEC World 2026 in Paris
From March 10 to 12, 2026, the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center will once again
Klipphausen and Villmergen, 17 July 2024 – Hightex Verstärkungsstrukturen GmbH is pleased to be part of the “Connova Group” as an independent company member with retroactive effect from 01.01.2024. This marks an important step for the sustainable further development of both companies and the entire “Connova Group”.
Takeover and new co-leadership
The two co-founders and co-shareholders, Dr Konrad Gliesche, Dr Dirk Feltin and Ms Jeanette Scherf, have sold their shares in Hightex Verstärkungsstrukturen GmbH to Hightex Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of Connova Holding AG, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2024. Dr Dirk Feltin will remain active as managing director and co-partner in “Hightex” and actively support the “Connova Group”. Mr Maurice Perret has joined Hightex Verstärkungsstrukturen GmbH as the second managing director and will actively support the company’s expansion.
Future plans and synergies
Connova Deutschland GmbH will move from Großröhrsdorf to Klipphausen in spring 2025 in order to pool the strengths of both companies at a joint location. This enables short distances, fast and comprehensive solutions and strengthens the position of both companies in the market. Dr Konrad Gliesche is retiring completely from the company, while Ms Jeanette Scherf will remain on the management board as an authorised signatory for a transitional period.
Expand strategic partnership
The “Connova Group” contributes its many years of experience in the aerospace, automotive and drone sectors to the partnership. Together with Hightex Verstärkungsstrukturen GmbH, production and innovation capacities are to be further expanded and strong, strategic partnerships promoted.

The shareholders of Hightex Verstärkungsstrukturen GmbH are delighted with this development: “We have taken the important time to find a future-orientated and solid solution for our long-standing employees with the successful “Connova Group”.
